The Sugar Palace, the dominant feature of Senovazne Square and the New Town of Prague. The building was built in 1912 - 1916 according to the design of architect Josef Zasch for the Sugar Industry Association.

In 2019, UBM Development started the reconstruction and conversion of the building into a luxury hotel. The building now bears the name ANDAZ as part of the international hotel chain HYATT.

The overall concept of the reconstruction corresponds to the level of the HYATT hotel chain. The ANDAZ hotel can be rightly described as a very special place for accommodation and stay in beautiful Prague. The focus on demanding clientele is evident in every detail. The guest will be pampered at all times with perfect service, captivated by the luxury and individuality of the building.

Clearmont had the privilege of being part of the subcontracting implementation team. Our delivery included the structures in the common areas of the hotel, which are part of the daily operations. Clearmont's extensive product range thus found its way into the hotel's entrance and lobby, as well as the spa, kitchen and restaurant operations.

Entrance portals with automatic doors from the JANSEN system, together with the lighting scene, create the first impression of every guest. The JANSEN steel doors supplied by us then continue to guide guests through the wellness and fitness areas. They match perfectly with the squeegees on the corridor walls.

The hotel also includes a conference area divided by two of our mobile DORMA HÜPPE partitions in French walnut veneer. The design of the mobile partitions perfectly matches the interior of the congress area. If necessary, the DORMA HÜPPE partitions can be used to divide the room into three smaller parts or, on the contrary, the partitions can be stylishly hidden behind a furniture wall where they do not visually disturb the occasional need for a large open space.

The congress halls are separated from the corridors by CLEARwall soundproofing and fire-resistant double-skin partitions. The partitions include solid wooden fire doors. We designed the assembly according to the architect's requirements specifically for this building. The partitions are glazed with FLUTES designer rolled glass manufactured in a manufactory in Spain. The whole thus combines functionality and design without limiting factors.

A unique experience for hotel guests is the sight of a master chef preparing selected dishes. The SHOW KITCHEN concept has thus become part of the hotel lobby thanks to our glass partition supplemented with furniture. The experience is enhanced by the massive support columns in the kitchen.

The restaurant's service area includes a solid stainless steel door with an automatic operator, which separates the restaurant from the bustle of the dishwashing room.

Just visiting the reception and restaurant of the ANDAZ Prague Hotel is a unique experience. Everything is ready for the return of guests, tourists and visitors to beautiful Prague.
