Following the first phase, in which we, as the main contractor, carried out a comprehensive extension to the AREA FOUR INDUSTRIES headquarters in Roudnice nad Labem (VIDEO HERE), we moved on to the next phase – this time, a comprehensive fit-out of the interiors.

The result comprises approximately 300 m² of glazed interior partitions, MDF cladding, furniture units for the back-of-house areas and toilet partitions.

We also paid great attention to detail. The glazed partitions are fitted with extra-clear PDLC glass, which allows the glass to be made opaque by adjusting the electrical voltage, thereby creating the necessary privacy in the offices.

We fitted sound insulation in the space between the partitions and the ceiling and concealed it with an impregnated MDF board.

We supplied the fitted furniture for the kitchens and toilet facilities in a distinctive blue-green colour.

Our sister company, ESPAI interiér (www.espai.cz), also played a significant role in the entire project. It was precisely by combining our expertise that we were able to ensure coordination from the preparatory and design stages right through to the actual implementation.
