5.5.2026Apartment Complex Výstavní Ostrava

In 2024, HEIMSTADEN began construction of apartment buildings on Výstavní Street in Ostrava. And we’re right in the thick of it!

Since our last update on the construction progress, the project has made significant strides toward completion. The apartments are gradually finding their owners.

We have almost completed the delivery and installation of plastic windows, including most of the window sills. Over the summer, we will be manufacturing and installing interior aluminum fire-rated doors and entryway units.

This project marks our second venture into residential construction (following our project in Holešov) and once again demonstrates our ability to effectively combine affordability with high-quality standards.
