Svatý Kopeček Educational Centre

In 2026, we completed the school centre building at Svatý Kopeček near Olomouc. You can also find a video of the project on our YouTube channel.

From Clearmont’s perspective, this project was significant primarily due to our collaboration with our sister company, ESPAI interiér. It was a pilot project that allowed us to combine the expertise of both companies and offer the client a comprehensive construction solution – from aluminium structures right through to the complete interior fit-out.

Clearmont provided a comprehensive supply of aluminium windows, doors and glazed façade structures. Our supply also included the manufacture and installation of VARIFLEX movable acoustic partitions, which allow for flexible partitioning of the main social hall.

ESPAI interiér manufactured and supplied the kitchens and all the furniture for the social hall, including suspended wall panelling. In designing the technical solution and implementing this element, we drew on the experience of Clearmont’s design team in the field of designing and installing lightweight building envelopes.

Thanks to the combination of mobile acoustic partitions and the complete range of furniture, the function hall can be flexibly adapted to various uses. The space can thus be used for social, cultural and community activities.

We are delighted that, on this project, we were able to combine the know-how and experience of both companies and offer the client a comprehensive solution that encompasses both building structures and window and door fillings, as well as interior fittings.
