Resort MOLO Lipno

Right in the centre of the village of Lipno nad Vltavou, the investment company Investika has decided to place an ambitious project of luxury apartment housing Molo Lipno Resort, which includes commercial premises for trade and services and a beautiful viewing pier with a luxurious glass restaurant Molo.

As part of this project we supplied aluminium entrance portals, windows, facades and HS portals for the apartment buildings. For the Molo restaurant building, our delivery included, in addition to the panoramic glazing of the staircase and bond cladding, mainly the glazed cladding of the restaurant itself, consisting of project-designed HS portals with a height of 3,800 mm. Their development was carried out with the support of the material supplier, Aluprof S.A. The creativity of the architects and the skill of the builders is evident not only from the photos of the completed building, but also from their participation in the prestigious Building of the Year competition.
