Hyundai Mobis Mosnov

The delivery and installation of all-glass partitions, doors and railings in the newly built Hyundai Mobis plant in Mošnov was one of our most significant orders in terms of volume started in 2016.

In the administrative part of the building, we supplied and installed approximately 400 m² of CLEARside all-glass partitions and CLEARshine all-glass doors, plus 40 m of CLEARsave glass stair railings. The exclusive Deubl Alpha profiles were chosen for the perimeter frames of the tempered glass partitions. Dorma Glas Universal door fittings are complemented by dormakaba BTS 75 floor closers and Assa Abloy panic handles on escape doors. The 4 m high glass in the lobby meeting room is worth mentioning, as is the technology of gluing glass panels without vertical profiles. Special features also include the glass dividing rib that reinforces the structure in the TOP management office block. The longest partition across the entire upper floor separates the Open Space offices from the staircase, meeting and service rooms. We connected the entrance hall to the upper floor gallery with a staircase fitted with glass balustrades - including stainless steel system handrails and painted cladding. Our delivery on both floors also included 5 all-glass doors between the corridors and the social rooms (toilets, showers, cleaning areas).
